What is your favorite decade and why? The 2020s so far! I’ve got a wonderful wife, a healthy and happy baby boy, and am surrounded by an amazing team at SETGO Partners!
Tell us about yourself! My core skill sets include project planning, creative problem solving, and discovery. I began working with Salesforce on the first day of my professional career in the accounting department of a rapidly growing software company. Down the road, I moved to another software company and served as the in-house admin, until I fully transitioned to the consulting world in a project planning and sales role, before co-founding SETGO Partners in 2020! I am truly an #accidentaladmin.
When I’m not at work, I’m chasing my one-year-old son around the house, enjoying the occasional moment of peace and quiet with my wife, and trying to sneak in 18 holes of golf.

What do you love about working from home? I love that I have zero commute and now I am able to be with my family more.
Tell us about yourself! I have been working with CRM solutions for over 15 years, started working with Salesforce 7 years ago, and started a company 1 year ago dedicated to Salesforce consulting. I love to work with Clients to understand their current processes/bottlenecks/inefficiencies and then to see how Salesforce can help them alleviate pain points to ultimately drive efficiency. Here at SETGO Partners, I think the owners are pretty cool.
When I’m not at work, I’m attending a lot of sporting events for my boys. My oldest just started high school and is into football and track and my youngest just started intermediate school and loves soccer. Our summers, falls, and springs are full of practices and sporting events – we get a little reprieve in winter.

Name an item on your bucket list! Offroading in Moab, Utah and learning pottery.
Tell us about yourself! I began my Salesforce journey 7 years ago at the Chicago World Tour. With a 25+ year career in healthcare that spanned small business management to electronic health record implementation, the Salesforce ecosystem was the next evolution in my career – combining my passion of process improvement with technology. With multiple years as a Salesforce Consultant, I worked one-on-one with clients to implement Field Service, Sales, NonProfit Cloud, and Pardot. I hold 3 Salesforce Certifications – Salesforce Administrator, Pardot Specialist, and NonProfit Cloud Consulting. I extend my passion for Salesforce as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and student mentor for UW-Stout and their ICT Capstone program . Early on, SETGO Partners communicated a clear commitment to integrity and exceptional client satisfaction. Our clients are not a number but instead a true partner.
When I’m not at work, I love to road trip in my Jeep, feeling the wind in my hair, read comic books,, build Legos, spend time with my family and dogs (even my 150 lb St. Bermastiff), and eat great food (especially southern food). I love to travel and go back “home” to Alaska to visit my family.

Name an item on your bucket list! To see the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) over Lake Superior.
Tell us about yourself! I have 20+ years of experience working within and with organizations on marketing, sales, and customer experience strategies. My passions include collaboratively working with clients to uncover needs and offer solutions that will help to improve business outcomes. In addition, I have worked within organizations and with external clients to build marketing, sales and service infrastructure including team, processes and technology. Over the course of my career, I’ve implemented and integrated CRM to drive business growth, and I have technology consulting, Salesforce and Pardot specific experiences. SETGO Partners vision aligns with my own personal vision to get up each day and make an impact by helping companies improve through process refinement and technology innovation.
When I’m not at work, I’m enjoying the outdoors. I am lucky to be able to live & work in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. With my family, you can find me enjoying a summer kayak ride, fall hike, snowshoeing in the winter & waterfall hunting in the spring.

What is your favorite decade and why? The 2010’s! I graduated high school and college in this decade, plus worked through a series of my first ever entry level jobs. I gained a brother-in-law, two nephews, and met my now husband.
Tell us about yourself! I’ve been in the Salesforce ecosystem for about a year. Previously, I was a high school English teacher for about five years before discovering Trailhead. When I moved to Sacramento, I got acquainted with the local trailblazer community and through one of my new contacts, I was introduced to SETGO Partners where I’ve began my consulting journey. My skills revolve around technology configuration, problem solving, collaborating, training, and taking on new challenges. I love working with clients and helping them bring their dream Salesforce instance into fruition. Everyone here at SETGO is warm, kind, and welcoming. I appreciate my colleagues for continuously challenging me to learn and grow.
When I’m not at work, I love to travel, read comic books, play video games with my husband, exercise, and try new foods. You’ll also catch me on a flight to New York City every chance I get.

What do you love about working from home? No more rush hour traffic and a full kitchen for lunch!
Tell us about yourself! Before joining SETGO Partners I spent 7.5 years as a Software Developer/DevOps Engineer working on all phases of the software development life cycle. Then in the Summer of 2020, I was introduced to Salesforce and was immediately impressed with their Trailhead documentation, which I started diving into. I had started working on a couple side projects for Rob and Tom when they asked me to come on full time. I’m particularly passionate about integrations, coding, and automation. Here at SETGO Partners, I appreciate that we have an ambitious group of people who all take pride in their work and are always open to others’ opinions.
When I’m not at work, I try to get to as many Brewer games as possible and try to keep my golf scores under 100. I also enjoy reading up on all things tech.
Derek Fetting | Salesforce Developer
What do you love about working from home? I love having zero commute, the ability to walk my dog, and my own coffee maker.
Tell us about yourself! I began my career as a technical consultant for a Milwaukee-based software-as-a-service company. My skillsets include software engineering, software development, and problem-solving. Working at SETGO Partners has given me the opportunity to be in a fun, flexible, fast-paced environment with great people.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy running, trying out new restaurants in the area, and spending time with my wife, dog, and cats.

Tell us your favorite ice cream flavor! Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough! Chocolate chips + Cookie dough + ice cream = a winning combination!
Tell us about yourself! I have been in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2016 as a customer, an employee, and now a partner. Previously, I was an Account Executive for 3.5 years working with both current customers and prospective buyers – I owned every aspect of the sales cycle from prospecting through qualification, into demonstrations and pricing negotiations. I’m a firm believer in selling/consulting customers like you would a family member you’d see at family gatherings for years to come. I’m thrilled to join a team that puts customers first and approaches every situation with complete honesty.
When I’m not at work, I love to be active! If I haven’t snuck off to the golf course, my wife and I love to get outside and play with our dog, Navy.
Stacy Becker | Project Manager / Business Analyst
What is your favorite movie or TV show? Veronica Mars – such a good show with so many great surprise moments.
Tell us about yourself! I have 15+ years experience managing projects in a variety of formats and situations. I’ve worked with clients to guide them through the implementation and utilization of software and I’ve also been on the development side, leading agile teams as they created and enhanced products. My Salesforce journey began about five years ago, when I became an #accidentaladmin for a small software company, where I was tasked with using Salesforce to manage client health and success.
When I’m not at work, I am probably reading, exercising, or cooking/eating. Hopefully, I’m outdoors and/or with my husband and two boys. You may also catch me at a theatre production, either in the audience or backstage.
