General Overview

SETGO Partners is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our growing company as an Account Director. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing sales channel relationships with Salesforce, driving business growth, and ensuring client success. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for finding, developing, scoping, and closing new opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing new channel relationships with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with Salesforce representatives

  • Collaborate with Salesforce to identify new opportunities and strengthen our position within the ecosystem

  • Plan and organize social and educational events, seminars, workshops, etc. to showcase our expertise and strengthen our relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and define project scopes

  • Prepare and present Statements of work (SOW), Budgetary Estimates, and Project overviews

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve annual quota

  • Manage pipeline effectively to forecast potential future work

  • Nurture existing client relationships and identify additional phases for future projects

  • Work closely with delivery team to ensure seamless project transitions and Client success

Qualification

Only candidates with one of the following qualifications will be considered:

  • Previous experience selling for a Salesforce Consulting firm

  • Previous hands on technical experience with Salesforce

  • Previous experience selling for Salesforce directly

  • Experience leading in depth-discovery conversations

  • Ability to have business-level conversations with business owners, C-Suite executives, and key project stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Motivated, Confident, Self-Aware, Competitive
